What you'll do

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and overseeing daily operations
• Coordinate deployment, scheduling, and supervision of security personnel
• Monitor performance through site visits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, security regulations, and health and safety standards
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of personnel
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Respond to operational issues, emergencies, and incidents
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce utilization
• Oversee use, maintenance, and accountability of equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and communication devices
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records
• Act on behalf of the Operations Manager as delegated
