• Coordinate compliance controls and integrity across the group.
• Monitor and report Business Control KPIs, irregularity logs, representation letters, fixed asset register, and awareness training.
• Support the Business Manager with budgeting, planning, and control activities.
• Maintain and update control catalogues and related documentation.
• Coordinate audits, training, risk assessments, and access reviews.
• Prepare controls documentation, monthly updates, and KPI scorecards.
• Manage records, shared drives, retention codes, access permissions, and departmental contracts.
