What you'll do

  • Coordinate compliance controls and integrity, manage controls calendar, system access, and data management.
  • Prepare reports on Business Control KPIs, irregularity logs, and key activities related to Rep letters, Fixed Asset register, and ad hoc activities (e.g., awareness training).
  • Promote Controls Integrity (CI) and support staff control awareness.
  • Identify new processes or changes and ensure FCPA requirements are performed/updated and approved.
  • Assist Business Manager with budgeting, planning, and controls catalog documentation/updates.
  • Support controls activities (audits, representation letter coordination, controls training, risk assessments, access reviews).
  • Update and file Delegation of Authority Guide (DOAG), FCPA’s, MOC’s, and Job Handover checklists.
  • Coordinate Management and Protection of Information (MPI) monthly inspection and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly oi updates and KPI scorecards for oi & CI.
  • Oversee central External Meetings Register and reporting process.
  • Serve as Department/Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with Local IMS group.
  • Distribute communications about Records Management; safeguard vital records; organize shared drives and retention codes.
  • Organize filing/records clean-up days; monitor contract terms, expenditures, and raise service requisitions.
  • Represent Department/Vendor in contract development with Procurement; administer contracts.
  • Act as Departmental SharePoint Site Collection Administrator.
