AfCFTA Secretariat Human Resource Management Internship Programme

The AfCFTA Secretariat offers a Human Resource Management internship in Ghana for final-year students in interpretation/translation, providing practical experience in a multicultural, international environment.

What it offers

• Six-month internship, renewable once for a further six months.
• Opportunity to assist with translation of working documents between English/French and interpretation during meetings.
• Exposure to the workings of the AfCFTA Secretariat and hands-on experience in applicable fields.

Who can apply

• Nationals of an African Union Member State residing in Ghana.
• Final-year students enrolled full-time in a recognized public or private higher education institution.
• Studying in interpretation and/or translation.
• Minimum three-month availability.
• Proficiency in one AU working language (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Kiswahili, Spanish) and fluency in another is an advantage.
• Strong quantitative, IT, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international team.
• Commitment to upholding the rules and values of the AfCFTA Secretariat.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
