CorpsAfrica is recruiting a Training Assistant in Dakar to support the design and delivery of its volunteer training programs, including Pre-Service, In-Service, and Close-of-Service trainings, as well as virtual and community-facing sessions.

Who can apply

• University degree
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
• Excellent facilitation and writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Professional mastery of French (or a local language) and English
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Adaptability, creativity, and willingness to learn

What you'll do

• Coordinate logistics for trainings and events (venues, accommodation, transport, planning, supplies)
• Supervise training site setup
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
• Support Volunteer family-stay coordination during Pre-Service Training
• Conduct field visits and ensure safety and policy compliance
• Help plan and deliver training sessions
• Maintain updated databases of trainers, alumni, and partners
• Prepare training materials and archive documents on Google Workspace
• Contribute to training reports and volunteer evaluations
