KCB Bank is hiring an Applications Specialist to maintain and support Customer Experience systems, including Dynamics CRM and telephony platforms, ensuring uptime and resolving issues.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 3 years of working experience
• 2 years’ experience in Telephony and CRM systems administration
• 1 year’s experience in Operating systems administration (Windows, Linux)
• 1 year’s experience in Network Services and protocols

What you'll do

• Backend administration of CX Systems – Dynamics CRM (Customer Service and Sales), Integrated Customer Experience system and Voice of the Customer insight systems
• Dynamics CRM – Deployment, License Management, Service Uptime, Reports Management and Workflow maintenance
• Engage, coordinate and work with applications’ vendors for escalations, upgrades, health checks and maintenance reviews
• Design, plan and budget for system enhancements and/or related requirements
• Perform work in compliance with specified security and assurance requirements
• Manage and ensure continuous performance tuning, upgrades and resource utilization
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, Licensing, mapping, and processes
• Plan, organize and perform DR test exercises
• Plan, schedule and organize monthly Service review meetings with system vendors
