This role sits within KCB Bank’s Customer Excellence Systems team, providing backend administration and support for Dynamics CRM, integrated CX platforms, and voice-of-the-customer systems.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3 years’ working experience.
• 2 years’ experience in Telephony and CRM systems administration.
• 1 year’s experience in Operating systems administration (Windows, Linux).
• 1 year’s experience in Network Services and protocols.

What you'll do

• Backend administration of CX Systems – Dynamics CRM (Customer Service and Sales), Integrated Customer Experience system and Voice of the Customer insight systems.
• Dynamics CRM – Deployment, License Management, Service Uptime, Reports Management and Workflow maintenance.
• Engage, coordinate and work with applications’ vendors for escalations, upgrades, health checks and maintenance reviews.
• Design, plan and budget for system enhancements and/or related requirements.
• Perform work in compliance with specified security and assurance requirements.
• Manage and ensure continuous performance tuning, upgrades and resource utilization.
• Create and maintain documentation on system configuration, Licensing, mapping and processes.
• Plan, organize and perform DR test exercises.
• Plan, schedule and organize monthly Service review meetings with system vendors.
