First Villas Ltd is seeking a Valuer to conduct property valuations and prepare reports in Nairobi, Kenya.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate.
• At least 3 years’ experience in property valuation.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, corporations, and private clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special-purpose properties.
• Prepare accurate, well-supported, and professionally presented valuation reports.
• Discuss valuation reports with clients, financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Apply all recognized valuation approaches and methodologies.
• Conduct site inspections, market research, and data analysis.
• Mentor, supervise, and train trainees and junior valuers.
• Review and provide technical guidance on valuation reports prepared by junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
