Programme and Partnerships Lead

Christian Aid is recruiting a permanent, full-time Programme & Partnerships Lead to oversee signature programmes and partnerships across its global hubs and UK offices.

Who can apply

• Essential:
  • Degree or equivalent in business, economics, international development, or a related discipline
  • Significant senior management/leadership experience
  • Experience in multi-country programme development, partnership management, and project design, monitoring and evaluation
  • Highly numerate with understanding of financial controls and due-diligence processes
  • Highly developed communication skills, written and verbal
• Desirable:
  • Experience with total economy approach, senior stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and negotiation

What you'll do

• Provide strategic oversight for signature programmes and ensure alignment with organisational impact framework
• Lead technical capacity in MEAL, partnerships, and portfolio management
• Manage a team including MEAL Advisor, Programme Impact and Portfolio Management Advisor, and Partnership & Civil Society and Faith specialist
• Support decolonial approaches and locally-led programming
• Develop financial processes for strategic resource allocation
• Build cross-sector and internal relationships to foster consensus
