- Manage a team including MEAL Advisor, Programme Impact and Portfolio Management Advisor, and Partnership & Civil Society and Faith specialist
- Support decolonial approaches and locally-led programming
- Develop financial processes for strategic resource allocation
- Build cross-sector and internal relationships to foster consensus
