  • Manage a team including MEAL Advisor, Programme Impact and Portfolio Management Advisor, and Partnership & Civil Society and Faith specialist
  • Support decolonial approaches and locally-led programming
  • Develop financial processes for strategic resource allocation
  • Build cross-sector and internal relationships to foster consensus
