Who can apply

• Storekeeper:
  • Qualification: Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in store management roles, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.

• Reservations Agent:
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or related course.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience (2 years in a 5-star hotel).
  • Location: Nairobi.

What you'll do

• Storekeeper:
  • Receive and stage merchandise, mark for placement, and deliver to departments.
  • Complete requisition forms, notify low stock levels, and inspect deliveries.
  • Adhere to food safety policies, organize and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
  • Report accidents, follow safety training, and maintain professional appearance.
  • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Reservations Agent:
  • Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
  • Verify room availability, explain policies, and document special requests.
  • Input data into reservation systems and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
