What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment activities (posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback).
• Support onboarding (document collection, orientation, induction arrangements).
• Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).
• Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, confirmations, warnings, and other employee correspondence.
• Respond to employee HR queries professionally and confidentially.
• Support attendance tracking, leave administration, and benefits-related processes.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR meetings.
• Help ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Support exit processes (clearance and exit interview coordination).
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
