Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Coordination, or FMCG Operations
• Preferred: Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, retail outlets, or hospitality channels; understanding of the Coast market; prior FMCG or manufacturing environment

What you'll do

• Drive sales growth and outlet expansion across the Coast Region
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality partners, and other key stakeholders
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities (promotions, merchandising, brand activations, exhibitions, events)
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback
• Support growth of strategic business channels (retail outlets, hospitality accounts, factory shop)
• Enhance retail execution standards and customer experience
• Coordinate regional commercial operations and provide regular reports on KPIs, market intelligence, and sales activities
