What you'll do

• Supervisory duties (percentage of time not specified):
  • Allocate drivers to designated vehicles.
  • Ensure drivers wear company uniforms.
  • Oversee vehicle handover at shift end and check vehicle condition.
  • Immediately report any malfunctions noted during handover.
  • Prepare vehicle utilization reports by 10:00am.
  • Verify all drivers have valid Driving Licenses and P.S.Vs.
  • Collect and validate worksheets from drivers and submit on time.
  • Ensure timely vehicle dispatch, especially for early morning client pickups.
  • Follow all accident procedures, including timely police reports and correct completion of company incident and accident forms.
  • Attend to other duties assigned by the Fleet Manager.
