Credit Clerk

PPC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Credit Clerk to support a client’s finance team in Centurion, Pretoria.

What it offers

• Permanent, full-time role starting as soon as possible
• Responsible for a book value of R5 million plus and expected to manage 200 books

Who can apply

• Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping – advantageous
• 1–3 years’ experience in a Creditors/Accounts Payable environment
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Pastel, Sage, or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure

What you'll do

• Capture and verify supplier tax invoices against approved purchase orders and delivery documentation
