• Process and capture supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Ensure accurate invoice processing and timely supplier payments
• Complete monthly creditor reconciliations by required deadlines
• Resolve supplier queries within agreed turnaround times
• Maintain compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
• Apply strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Use analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
