What you'll do

• Write clear, engaging copy for the mobile app, website, CRM campaigns, social media, product interfaces, and marketing materials
• Translate complex financial products into simple, relatable messaging
• Create campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, scripts, and calls-to-action
• Adapt messaging for different customer segments while maintaining a consistent brand tone
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
• Create culturally relevant content reflecting Nigerian consumer realities
• Edit and proofread copy across the business
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, employer branding, partnerships, and customer education initiatives
