What it offers

• Full-time, onsite position
• Salary range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
• Role based in Awka (Anambra), Ozubulu (Anambra) or Suleja (Niger)

Who can apply

• Minimum qualification: SSCE
• Experience: 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel or similar food-service environment
• Culinary training or certification is an added advantage

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to approved recipes and quality standards
• Ensure timely meal preparation and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Observe strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Handle, store and preserve food products correctly; report shortages or quality issues
• Minimise wastage through proper portioning and handling
• Keep kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations clean
• Assist with inventory monitoring and stock requests
• Support kitchen operations during peak periods
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
