What you'll do

• Handle tour operations including itinerary planning, reservations, tour quotations, and customer service.
• Develop knowledge of inbound and outbound destinations.
• Design international itineraries and costing, with a focus on East African tourism products.
• Create flexible tour packages, excursions, safaris, and related services.
• Manage customer inquiries and exceed expectations.
• Evaluate and recommend competitive tour costing.
• Identify new business opportunities in a rapidly changing industry.
• Follow up on client quotations for sales conversion.
• Source new product packages to meet consumer demands.
• Write and translate itineraries.
• Brief clients before trips.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators/partners for group bookings.
