What it offers

• Supervise cleaning, vending, mailroom, courier, water, catering, and gardening contractors
• Daily office inspections and maintenance of environment and ambience
• Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and technology readiness
• Administer mailroom and courier services for dispatch and receipt
• Track contractor performance against Service Level Agreements
• Liaise with HSE representatives and verify contractor HSE compliance
• Produce monthly KPI reports and event reports with minutes
• Maintain accurate records of services, payments, contractor engagements, and events
• Provide ad-hoc reports and briefings to Manager, Estate Services and DGM

Who can apply

• HND or B.Sc. in Public Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities/office administration, events management, or a related internal services role within a large corporate or oil & gas environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, reporting tools, and facilities/helpdesk management systems
• Excellent communication, customer-service orientation, and professional interface with senior executives and external VIPs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of company HSE standards and procedures
• High level of personal integrity and discretion with sensitive information
