What you'll do

• Manage and convert inbound sales inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-in customers
• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship management
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Prepare quotations and explain the vehicle import process
