What you'll do

- Develop a comprehensive financial management manual covering budgeting, accounting, disbursement, and auditing
- Ensure compliance with Member State regulations, international best practices, and donor requirements
- Strengthen budgeting, reporting, disbursement, and auditing procedures
- Provide training and capacity building for financial teams
- Establish internal controls to mitigate financial risk, prevent fraud, and enhance transparency
- Develop financial risk management plans
- Advise senior leadership on financial sustainability, resource mobilization, and donor engagement
