What you'll do

• Maintain accurate crop, livestock, production, and financial records
• Record all farm sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Manage customer orders, invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Maintain staff attendance and payroll records based on reports from farm supervisors
• Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records up to date
• Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
• Ensure all farm records are accurate, organized, and submitted on time
• Hold regular physical meetings with the Directors
• Coordinate sales of the farm produce
