Visiting Analyst Program – Autumn 2026 Cohort

Kfund’s Visiting Analyst Program is a six-month, full-time internship in Madrid designed to train the next generation of venture capital investors by immersing them in sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage tech companies alongside the investment team.

What it offers

• 6-month, full-time internship based on-site in Madrid
• Internship compensation: €1,400–1,500 gross per month
• Potential conversion to a full-time analyst role for top performers (not guaranteed)

Who can apply

• Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals
• Eligible to work in Spain (or already hold valid EU work authorization)
• Fluency in English (C2) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research and analysis

What you'll do

• Work closely with the investment team to source and meet innovative founding teams
• Conduct due diligence and analysis on investment opportunities (market sizing, competitive landscape, business models)
• Develop industry research to identify emerging opportunities and category-winning products
• Support portfolio companies and fund-related projects (reports, presentations, brand-building)
