MPower Ventures is seeking a Design and Media Content Associate to support its fintech and impact initiatives in Accra, Ghana.

• Experience: 4+ years
• Required skills:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience creating designs and basic copywriting skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts (4+ years)
  • Digital mindset with extensive work experience using digital tools (social media, Canva, GDrive, etc.)
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset

What you'll do

• Create social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads)
• Maintain project references file and manage picture library
• Design promotional materials (flyers, clothing, etc.), pitch decks, and marketing materials
• Support the marketing manager in training local marketing teams
