• Conduct moderated usability tests, semi-structured interviews, and surveys, managing fieldwork logistics for remote and in-person sessions
• Code and synthesize qualitative data using defined frameworks, producing affinity maps, insight lists, and structured reports
• Contribute to team research processes and apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI) with human oversight
