Acumen Regional Fellows Fully-Funded Leadership Program for West Africans in Africa

The Acumen West Africa Fellowship is a fully-funded leadership program designed for social entrepreneurs committed to addressing poverty through scalable solutions and moral leadership.

What it offers

• A 6-month hybrid program with virtual sessions, in-person immersives, and self-paced learning.
• One 3-day virtual Orientation and two 5-day in-person immersives (8 hours of assignments each).
• Four Learning Labs (4 hours each, with assignments).
• Access to the Foundry, a global community of 1,600+ alumni offering tools, mentorship, and early-stage funding opportunities.
• Curriculum includes Polarity Management, Good Society Readings, Adaptive Leadership, and Authentic Voice.
