What you'll do

• Coordinate routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for all G4S vehicles
• Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure roadworthiness, security, and cleanliness
• Manage vendor relationships with external garages, workshops, and parts suppliers
• Track vehicle tracking data, fuel consumption, and mileage to eliminate fuel fraud
• Ensure valid documentation including third-party insurance, statutory inspections, and road licenses
• Compile weekly fuel reports and analyze variances
