• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Ensure compliance with all KRA statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, and other tax obligations
• Manage eTIMS invoicing and ensure compliance with the latest KRA regulations
• Support payroll processing and maintain payroll-related records where required
• Maintain accurate records within the accounting and ERP systems
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning
• Support internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform any other accounting and finance duties as assigned
