What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job intake, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives, including process and program improvements.
• Facilitate employee relations, including complaint resolution.
• Coordinate performance and talent management for employees.
• Support the execution of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
