• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Preferred: Experience in the education or non-profit sector; experience in an international school environment

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements and coordinate external audits
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships
• Oversee student billing, fee collection, and receivables management
• Monitor procurement processes, operational costs, and expenditure controls
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, school growth, and capital projects
