Product Manager – Mobile Devices

• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Engineering or similar
• Experience: 5+ years in product management or market strategy for mobile devices/consumer electronics
• Location: Lagos

Customer Lifecycle Manager, Solar Inverter

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in customer engagement or management
• Preferred: Experience in product management, CX, operations, energy, fintech, or subscription/financing models
• Location: Lagos

What you'll do

Product Manager – Mobile Devices

• Own market voice across the phone product lifecycle: customer insights, competitive benchmarking, field trials, and launch planning
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and structured field trials to define requirements and validate devices
• Manage cross-functional alignment with engineering, software, and commercial teams
• Lead post-launch feedback analysis and end-of-life planning for phone models

Customer Lifecycle Manager, Solar Inverter

• Map and optimize the end-to-end solar inverter customer journey
• Define and track key metrics: conversion rates, activation rate, on-time payment rate
• Design interventions to improve payment behavior, reduce churn, and enhance onboarding
• Use telemetry and customer data for proactive issue resolution
