What you'll do

• Finger Food / Pastry Chef: Produce mini sandwiches, spring rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies, quiches, canapés, puff pastries; decorate cakes and pastries; develop recipes; ensure food safety and hygiene; monitor inventory and minimize waste.
