Animateurs Réseau Bancassurance

SanlamAllianz Cameroun is hiring Bancassurance Network Animators to drive sales of life and non-life insurance products within partner banks. This role focuses on commercial development, team training, and network engagement in the insurance sector. Key responsibilities include product sales, team coaching, performance tracking, and fostering network dynamics.⁠​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​⁠

Eligibility requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, sales, or insurance, with at least 2 years of experience in insurance (automobile insurance experience is a plus). Fluency in French and English is preferred, alongside strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
