Chanas Assurances Vie is hiring Commercial Entrepreneurs in Life Insurance across Cameroon’s cities: Douala, Yaoundé, Édea, and Kribi. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, analyzing needs, negotiating insurance solutions, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with a minimum age of 25 and a Bac-level diploma. Prior sales experience (especially in insurance or commerce) is a plus. The position requires a functional smartphone and no prior experience in insurance is mandatory but beneficial.⁠‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌⁠

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and expanding client portfolios.
• Providing tailored patrimonial advice.
• Negotiating and selling life insurance solutions.

Requirements:

• Age: 25 years or older.
• Education: Bac minimum (or equivalent).
• Experience: Preferred but not mandatory (sales experience in insurance or commerce is advantageous).
• Skills: Strong verbal presentation, negotiation ability, commercial drive, and customer service.
