AFIDEP, the African Institute for Development Policy, is seeking two distinct consultancy roles under the Africa Think Tanks Platform (ATTP) project. Both roles focus on strengthening institutional sustainability and alignment with strategic goals through evidence-based strategies and stakeholder engagement.
What it offers

Deliverables include an inception report, institutional/funding landscape assessment, a draft plan, and a final plan with implementation roadmap.
- Gender Expert Consultancy: Support for integrating gender perspectives into AFIDEP’s thematic areas (e.g., health, education, governance) through policy analysis, stakeholder consultations, and recommendations for inclusive practices.

What you'll do
- Financial Sustainability: Conduct a SWOT analysis, map donors, assess funding modalities, and design a roadmap for diversified funding, including philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and emerging sources. Strengthen internal systems for tracking opportunities and monitoring progress.
