PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc is recruiting a Sales Supervisor to drive sales and distributor performance in Plateau.

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or sales with a track record of meeting KPIs
• Valid driver’s licence

What you'll do

• Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (sell-in, sell-out, category focus, NPD listing and promotions)
• Manage territories expected to deliver a minimum of 1B per annum
• Plan and ensure month-on-month and year-on-year growth
• Analyse and review distributors’ performance against agreed KPIs
• Develop joint business plans with the ZM
• Conduct bi-weekly stock-taking, reconcile accounts, track distributor payments and repayment plans
• Collect outstanding debts and accompany with sell-in of depleted SKUs
• Adhere to monthly journey plans for customer contact and engagement
• Ensure compliance with retail operating standards and organize merchandiser activities
• Implement credit control and monitor POS materials usage
• Lead or participate in Quality Management System implementation and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure safety management and environmental compliance
