Who can apply

• Degree in a business-related field OR equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Extensive customer care experience
• Innovative problem-solving and planning skills
• Ability to build internal and external relationships
• Knowledge of the Afikpo territory

What you'll do

• Hire, train, and supervise at least 40 Energy Officers, using local influencers to identify talent
• Provide weekly in-person or virtual touchpoints with each Energy Officer
• Conduct joint field work, including night activations and market visits
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets set by the Regional Business Manager
• Ensure timely customer issue resolution within 24 hours
• Manage marketing spend and equipment distribution to Energy Officers
• Organize weekly team meetings with Energy Officers and leadership
• Grow retail presence in the area with support from Cluster leaders
