What you'll do

• Prepare, raise, and manage purchase orders in OMS for new and existing products
• Liaise with vendors on costs, quantities, and delivery dates and verify pricing accuracy with KAMs
• Track the PO lifecycle, route orders for approval, and close out or cancel fulfilled or delayed orders
• Schedule and book stock deliveries in the Inbound Scheduler and provide daily schedules to warehouse security
• Maintain data quality by resolving SKU mismatches and monitoring product launch statuses via PowerBI dashboards
• Provide weekly inbound performance reviews, tracking reschedules
