Helen Keller International seeks a consulting firm to conduct a Vitamine A Supplement Coverage Survey (PECS) in Madagascar. This project, guided by Helen Keller International’s work in Vitamine A supplementation for children aged 6–59 months in 14 African countries, will assess coverage of the second half of 2026 across 8 regions (DIANA, SAVA, SOFIA, BOENY, BETSIBOKA, MELAKY, IHOROMBE, MENABE). The survey aligns with WHO methodology to measure routine distribution impact, aiming to evaluate reach in high-risk areas with elevated child mortality and Vitamin A deficiency rates. Consultants will prepare protocols, secure ethics approval, train field teams, and analyze data for a final report.
