Officier Suivi-Évaluation, Redevabilité et Apprentissage (MEAL)

Concordis International is seeking an Officier Suivi-Évaluation, Redevabilité et Apprentissage (MEAL) to support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) systems in conflict-affected regions of Cameroon, specifically in Ngaoundéré and surrounding areas. This is a national, cadre-level (C1) position with a 20-month contract, including a 3-month probationary period. The role focuses on data analysis, program adaptation, and reporting to ensure sustainable peace and development initiatives. The position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in statistics, evaluation, data science, or related fields, alongside 3+ years of MEAL experience, particularly in peacebuilding contexts. French proficiency is mandatory, with strong English and local language skills being advantageous. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems for Concordis’ programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on transhumance, conflict dynamics, and social cohesion.
• Evaluate program impact using quantitative and qualitative methods, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Generate reports (monthly/annual) for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with communication teams.
• Train teams on MEAL methodologies and support regional reporting systems.
• Assess climate’s role in conflict and ensure alignment with the Theory of Change.
