What you'll do

• Support coordination and execution of commercial initiatives and projects.
• Monitor performance of catering products and ancillary revenue streams.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and trackers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers.
