• Suppliers must create separate profiles for each legal entity or individual contractor.
• Joint ventures must be legally registered as independent entities to submit offers.

How to apply

• Register or log in to the UNDP Quantum supplier portal.
• Search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-UGA-00521,1.
• Submit your bid directly in the system by the deadline.
• Ensure the name of the vendor in Quantum matches the name in all supporting documents.
• Offers not submitted through the Quantum system or with incorrect credentials will be disqualified.

• The deadline to submit bids is 31-Jul-26 @ 10:00 AM (New York time).
• Suppliers must follow the user guide and instructions provided in the solicitation document.
