What you'll do

• Attend a mandatory site visit on 2nd July 2026 at 10am in Mabamba Bay, Kasanje Town Council, Wakiso District.
• Confirm attendance via email to ug.procurement@undp.org.
• Submit a bid on your company letterhead, signed and stamped, via the Quantum supplier portal.
• Clearly state whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes.
• Include your tax identification number (TIN) on your letterhead.

How to apply

• Register or log in to the UNDP Quantum supplier portal.
• Search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-UGA-00552.
• Access the negotiation and follow the instructions in the user guide.
• Submit your bid directly in the system via this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org.
• Indicate your intent to submit a bid by creating a draft response in the system.
• Use the messaging functionality in the system for clarifications.
