• Quantum Supplier Portal replaces existing eTendering systems and is used by UNDP, UNFPA, UNWomen, UNCDF, and UNV
• Suppliers can:
  • View solicitation documents
  • Submit bids online
  • Communicate with procurement offices
  • Receive automatic notifications
  • Submit invoices and track payments
  • Sign contracts online
  • Access an audit trail of all activities

• Individual contractors
• Companies interested in submitting offers to UNDP and other UN agencies

How to apply

• Watch the webinar videos at UNDP Procurement Resources for Bidders
• Register for a new profile in the Quantum Supplier Portal at https://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/
• Note: Existing profiles in old systems (eTendering, InTend) are not transferred; a new profile must be created

Good to know

• The system automatically rejects late submissions
• Bids are electronically sealed and encrypted until the bidding deadline
• Suppliers can communicate directly with procurement offices via the portal
• A Public Bid Opening Report is automatically sent to suppliers who submit bids
