What you'll do

- Conduct daily inspections of containers, warehouse floors, and jetty areas.
- Dispatch materials/spare parts as required by vessels and report non-availability.
- Follow up on unfulfilled purchase requests and maintain Oracle records.
- Participate in inventory counts (spot and yearly).
- Collect and re-dispatch used spare parts for overhauling.
- Arrange overhauled spare parts in designated warehouse areas.
- Reduce waste of spares and avoid overhauling spare parts unavailability.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and orderly arrangement of materials.
- Ensure compliance with basic maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
