Who can apply

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior compliance leadership role
• Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines are an added advantage

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Company's compliance framework
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance obligations
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Lead compliance audits, investigations, and monitoring activities
• Review and update company policies and procedures
• Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees
• Prepare compliance reports for Executive Management and the Board
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders
• Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and regulatory compliance across the organization
