Oxfam Africa is seeking a leadership-driven advocate to head its Plaidoyer and Liaison Office at the African Union (AU), based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This two-year fixed-term role (Grade B1, International) focuses on shaping continental policy influence, strategic partnerships, and high-level advocacy for Oxfam’s mission in Africa. The position requires expertise in lobbying, policy analysis, and cross-sectoral collaboration, with a proven track record of driving impactful change through multi-stakeholder engagement and media advocacy. Flexible work arrangements are offered to align with candidate needs, reflecting Oxfam’s commitment to modernizing its leadership approach. This role reports to Oxfam’s Plaidoyer, Campaigns, and Engagement (ACE) Directorate under the Africa Direction.
