Supply Chain Officer – Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited

What you'll do
- Ensure 100% compliance with company rules, SOX, and local regulations in procurement.
- Track and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Service Progress Certificates (JPCs).
- Monitor vendor payments, invoices, and overdue documents in SAP.
- Facilitate decentralized procurement for services under USD 50,000 and manage call-off POs.
- Interface with stock controllers, contract engineers, and technical users to resolve procurement issues.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and attend Quartet/Quintet meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain adherence to company ethics, SOX controls, and legal terms to avoid liabilities.
