• Experience: 5–8 years as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Real Estate Executive, or similar role

What you'll do

• Source and manage property listings for sale, lease, and investment
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Advise on property values, market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing
• Negotiate sales, leases, and agreements
• Prepare property proposals, marketing materials, and client reports
• Coordinate transactions from engagement to closing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and transactions
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
• Attend networking events and property exhibitions
