Who can apply

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.

What you'll do

• Develop and refine innovative, authentic menus with seasonal specials.
• Supervise kitchen staff, create schedules, and enforce food safety and hygiene.
• Conduct taste tests, manage inventory, monitor food costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest feedback and maintain compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
